The hotel was charming and offered a delightful atmosphere, but
the beds were quite firm, and the pillows were thinner than I prefer. Despite these minor discomforts, the staff was incredibly accommodating, helping with local tips and even packing a breakfast for us to take when we left early.

The room's air conditioning was poorly positioned, leading to discomfort. I had to deal with an unpleasant wait during checkout due to language barriers with the breakfast staff. Additionally, the outdoor dining area was less appealing than expected, as it hadn’t been well maintained, which detracted from the overall experience.

after reading the rave reviews, i certainly expected better. the room was very small and kind of musty, definitely not what one would hope for in Venice. also, when i requested a room upgrade, i was met with refusal, quite frankly appalling. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t overlook these disappointments.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast in the garden was a terrific way to start our days. The location made it easy to explore attractions, such as the nearby Jewish Ghetto and the busy streets of the city center. Staff went out of their way to help us. Highly recommend!
One thing to note was the size of the bathroom. It was quite cramped, making it challenging to move around during our stay.
